Who Does Not Know the Truth, is simply a Fool…
Yet who Knows the Truth and Calls it a Lie, is a Criminal.
(pages 5 - 13, BREADHUNTER III. - The English Blog Articles, 2017)
"...This is now the first collection of the English BREADHUNTER Blog Articles from the last 3 years. As you can see, my main personal topics in the last 3 years were:
All blog articles you can find at my blogs:
www.breadhunter.org and www.zahlten.blogspot.co.at
The texts chosen here are the ones that have received the most clicks, shares, and comments in social media, and now I am glad that there is a small fan base because my blog articles and websites reach between 800 and 5,000 views/clicks per article.
It’s also a kind of biography of my person, so see, what was in my mind during these times and how crazy it drove me in business, that we can’t have a faster change in all workflows and in daily business during 2012 and 2017.
I also like to reach people around the world who think the same way I do. This promotes the exchange with like-minded people worldwide, which becomes more and more relevant for us smart-thinkers.
Especially in times of false truths, watering down quality, facts and levels, it is important to know people who are looking at the same things or are upset about the same things in our business world, then finally change things together through a global network of intellectuals and smart business people who understand your craft by professional experience.
It may sound old-fashioned, but today's handshake quality with business partners is sometimes getting lost as well as high quality in many areas, which has been heavily watered down in recent years due to the speed, price dumping and other global influences of profit maximisation.
This development has grown steadily in politics, society and the world of work. Between 1998 and 2005, we were on a good path, and that is exactly where I want to go again, but with a sensible use of the current IT tools, social media, AI and global networks.
I am a friend of tradition, quality, transparency and latest technology. To combine all this is the fine art of business today. Of course, the right databases and tools take us a lot of work when we use them sensibly, but also the human in the business should not be forgotten, as well as the healthy human understanding and the logic thinking.
Decisions in politics and business should be more transparent for everyone.
Responsibility for our actions must be fully exercised, to gain trust among the workers and the population. We partly must blame ourselves as humans, when we let the politics, or the company play around, lies go through. We have also become comfortable and arranged with our lives compared to the French people, who are used to demonstrate for their rights or to storm the Bastille. Our laziness, to take things as they are, has made it possible for these grievances to come.
That we are prompted to keep their mouths shut for the bonus at the end of the year or like robots just work without thinking, but keep our mouths shut. Material and financial incentives make us forget our principles, close our eyes for the career and do not go to the bottom.
Without sacrificing ourselves and renouncing these opportunities, the change will not succeed. But perhaps that is all too idealistic thought and lies the human being somehow as the lemmings’ end.
The advantage in these times and the great opportunity are, of course, the IT and the possibilities of networking, as well as its opinion on blogs and self-publishing platforms to be able to build an audience even with simple means and low costs.
The times where editors and publishers, as well as the press, controlled the media alone, have long since passed. This is good on the one hand, on the other hand, of course, we have also created this media landscape, which we now have, a media landscape with serious qualitative degradation, fake news as well as integration with politics and lobbyism.
The reading list at the end of the book completes the whole story and is intended to show you an exciting selection of books that have accompanied me over the past 18 months, as well as my thoughts on all these topics.
Overall, I like to point out problems, problems, analyzing, discuss and ultimately eliminate them by means of smart and transparent solutions. The problem analysis always must be, to make the path clear for improvement and transformation, and these two areas, analysis & transformation, are closely related to each other. Just to moan and analyze without having a solution is too convenient. Not to analyze and much simpler to take it down is stupidity and imprinted by comfort.
Everyone must decide for themselves what he wants to live on, if he does it with heart blood and is 100% behind his deeds. Nothing is good unless you do it! is the motto and in these days, we have so many possibilities via social media, New Tools, etc.
As a generation X born, I am glad to know both worlds and to know their values, so the time without internet, smartphones and social media and the time thereafter. Nevertheless, I sometimes long like-after a time without the Internet, perhaps only with Email(lol), to be less exposed to this whole stimulus over-flooding. Of course, it is in your hands how intensively one devotes itself to this whole social media thing, but on the other hand, it is also necessary to be able to compete in the business world nowadays. Unless perhaps I am watchmaker or sell custom shoes.
For the past 5 years, I have been very active on social media. I've created 10,000 followers on LinkedIn and 18,000 followers on 3 Twitter accounts, as well as evaluated all the CRM Tools, Apps, and Databases available for small money on the market. This time I would not want to miss, on the contrary, but I also believe after these intense 5 years is now coming a time, where we should reduce more, focus and pay attention to quality and interpersonal human relations. Especially in human resources, we should not forget above all AI and algorithms, that we work with human beings.
Through small steps forward regarding speed and dealing with social media, we can ultimately achieve an optimization of business and deal with each other, to create great by the connection of both.
In times of technical overload, it is not a question of completely shooting and returning to the Stone Age. It is more about the type of dosage and the fine-tuning in dealing with it in combination with quality, transparency, and humanity. If we continue to work together and are aware of this, the future will be fun, sustaining and gaining quality in business, together in society and perhaps also in politics.
Please write me an email or let’s get connected via LinkedIn, if you have any ideas, remarks or suggestions for fruit-full synergies in 2018.
I like to work on global projects with smart people, having the same mindset and experience in these wild times of change and illogical actions in politics and business.
After the millennial and generation Y hype, which will come to an end in 2020 I think, because people notice, that the millennials are also not the little Messiah, that was expected to enter the business world and solve all problems. We, from the generation X force, are the ones, who knew, to live between 2 worlds (the world of internet and non-internet) and this is a good starting point to create something, which uses the best from both ages, so we don’t have to hide and freeze, because we do not adopt any millennial idea, smart, young billionaires have in mind, to change the world. For me, it’s always a mixture of old and new with a logical discussion and analysis of facts and figures.
While I write this Prologue, the 2 Videos from www.dissolve.com about generic brands and generic millennial ads, you can find at YouTube as well (and at my blog website), hit the nail of the last 10 years for me.
And I believe that the mixture of both worlds, which are described here, will lead to success.
Ok, that’s it, now enjoy the chronology of my blog articles from 2014 – 2017.
Sometimes reading is like time-traveling… 😊"
