I was born in Stuttgart in 1976. My father was an art historian at the university of Stuttgart and also worked at the HBK Braunschweig, if he didn’t made research in the Vatican archives, museums and churches of Rome. My mother spent her childhood in Buenos Aires and went to study interior design and art history back to Germany in 1956, where she lives today.
Since childhood I was fascinated by books, theater and art exhibitions, trips to Rome and other European capitals, but also non-European cultures such as Asia, India and the Middle East since childhood. The intense preoccupation with it strengthened my current world view.
A short, but tough trip to the reality of my community service at the ICU of the University Hospital of Freiburg in Germany, opened new horizons for me of destinies of human life.
Despite this formative experience, I returned to my main interests and decided to study Islamic Studies (Arabic,Persian,Turkish) and Islamic Art in Munich. To understand the Middle East and their culture as European citizen was my goal. Many Language-Course-Trips have taken me from 1998 to 2006 to Iran, Egypt, Turkey and the United Arabic Emirates. These trips cemented inside of me the principle always have a look to both sides of the story, if you really want to understand the world. Historical knowledge about Ottoman-, Persian- and Arabic- History and their relations to Europe were supplementing my impressions of the trip into a coherent whole impression of the Middle East.
The enthusiasm of Headhunting I discovered in 1999 by a student part-time job.
As a European, standing between East and West, I developed an differentiated understanding to assess biographies. The cultural environment of each individual is also crucial for our behavior in private, as well as in professional life. From my perspective as a recruiter, it is important for companies and candidates to understand and combine them harmoniously.
The strength of a recruiter is not enough to impart resumes, after a simple 'Yes / No - selection', but requires a high level of human sensitivity, as well as how to deal with other cultures.
During the 10 years of HR consulting activities, working at six different Headhunting Companies in Munich, I got a lot of experience and different perspectives of biographies, which provides a solid base to me. Direct Search, Recruiting, Talent Management, CV analysis, interviews and professional customer service were a part of my job.
In Vienna, I was employed for 2 years at an famous Austrian Headhunting Agency, to have a look into the local ways of recruiting. Then I decided to start my own business, after 14 years of "Learning by Doing", aiming at to help companies and candidates to come together for a work, which is not called a ‚Bread-and-Butter‘ Job.

In June 2014 I was headhunted by Talentor International as Head of Research & Global Partner Acquisition in Vienna, to bring innovation and my experience in Executive Search into the Partner Network of Talentor. Getting trends & input from conferences as Le Web, Web Summit, DLD or Pioneers Festival has become relevant for me since 2008.
